These terms govern your use of the Datablooz website and the public materials we publish here. Customer engagements are governed by the separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW) signed for the specific engagement.

Our services

Datablooz is an AI delivery partner. We provide strategy, engineering, platform, and operations services. The detail of any engagement lives in the signed MSA and SOW.

Intellectual property

Content on this website is the property of Datablooz or our customers where attributed. Ownership of custom models, code, and deliverables created in engagements is defined in the applicable SOW. Where a customer owns the deliverables, we transfer rights on acceptance.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the website lawfully, not to attempt to probe or disrupt its operation, and to respect the intellectual property of others.

Warranties and limits

The website is provided as is. AI and machine learning systems have inherent limitations. Specific warranties and service level commitments for customer engagements are set out in the applicable MSA.

Privacy and security

See the privacy policy for how we handle personal data, and the Trust posture for our security and governance practices inside engagements.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, unless overridden by the governing-law clause of a signed MSA.
