Menzies Aviation operates across airports worldwide, where resource planning and workforce enablement are constant operational challenges. We designed and built Aviana, an AI system for education and HR resource planning, delivered as owned IP for the group.
A global aviation services group runs high-volume, distributed operations where workforce planning and enablement directly affect service quality. Off-the-shelf tools did not fit the operating model, and the group wanted to own the resulting system rather than rent it.
