What if you could talk to your terminal and have it do tasks for you?

One GitHub user made that possible by creating an open interpreter.

Its basis is allowing the user to interact with their terminal using natural language, like having a conversation with their computer.

Through LiteLLM, Open-Interpreter can make API calls to over 100 Large Language Models.

Since it's run on your local device, you can get around traditional limitations like file size and time.

Once you choose your preferred model, it can interact with any application on your device.

There's even an option to set up multiple configuration files, allowing users to switch between their preferred models easily.

Imagine a world where all future operating systems utilize NLP, making their devices into knowledgable work companions.

Projects like these give us a glimpse of how seamlessly interacting with technology will become shortly.
